  • Most Android devices will work perfectly fine with our software. You will want to reach out to technical support and tell us the model of your device for further clarification. Our software conforms to most screen sizes however there may be some pressing issues with older versions of Android Operating Systems. In the event that this software is compatible, we can discuss with you how to receive our software on your device.

  • This could be due to a few reasons but most likely it is because of a network issue that the printer is connected to. Usually, if you continue to wait, the issue will resolve itself. If this is not working, swipe down from the top of the screen 2-3 times and disconnect the WiFi. At this point, wait a few seconds and then re-enable the WiFi and try printing again. This issue is mainly centered around your network and what kind of bandwidth issues are present at the time of printing.

  • From the Main Menu, go the Setup and then Systems. Change the Grade Method from Standard to Static and press Exit to save. Once done, click on Build Lists and then Button Setup. From here, you can control which grades occupy which buttons permanently. Press Exit and then you can resume grading.
